We stand by our products 100% which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you have received your product and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please get in contact with us. Email us on [email protected] or fill out the contact form in the main menu.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact must be made within 30 days of receiving, with your name, order details, contact details and a brief description explaining why you are returning.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will be in contact via email.

Returned products with customization will be charged a $5 fee per product. As there is risk involved removing the customization and materials used to make the customizations cannot be saved.

Please note, shipping costs are not refunded or reimbursed.

Faulty products

If your received product is faulty, please get in contact with us via email: [email protected]. Please include your name, contact details, order details, description of product with fault and supporting photos.

Upon receiving your claim, we will endeavour to rectify the fault.
