08/05/2022 - International delays update: Our courier and freight partners are experiencing delays of 7-10 days for sending and 7-10 days for receiving.

New Zealand delays are up to 2 days.


SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Shipping is to New Zealand addresses only using Courierpost or Post Haste. All orders are tracked and tracking details will be provided. Signature is required upon receipt of parcel, unless specified in delivery instructions. 

All our stock is in New Zealand so you can expect a speedy delivery. 90% of the time we are able to process and send your order straight away. But as a standard guide, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Upon pick up from the Courier please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note, deliveries to rural or south island addresses may take longer. 

CUSTOMER PICK UP If pick up is selected you will need to email us or fill out our contact form to arrange a pick up time and date. Use code PICKUP at checkout to waive the shipping fee. We will email you when your order is ready. We are located in Whangaparaoa, Auckland.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA, USA and CANADA - standard tracked courier, delivery target time is 3 -10 working days 

PREORDERS - If one of your items in your order is a preorder, by default we will wait for stock to become available before shipping out the whole order. Please get in contact with us if you would to receive in stock items sooner.
