Lifetime Guarantee

Your Apples and Bananas Large Vacuum Insulated Bottle has the backing of a Lifetime Guarantee. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

We will repair or replace any manufacturing defect free of charge. Damage from normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, accidents, lost or stolen, negligence, non standard use will not be covered.

If you believe your bottle has legitimately failed due to a manufacturing defect you may submit a claim.

To submit a claim please email proof of purchase and a description of the defect with supporting photos/video to [email protected]

We will do our best to asses from your email, but you may be asked to return the item for assessment or replacement purposes. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

In the event your claim has failed, replacement parts will available for purchase.

*lifetime refers to the lifetime of the components and materials of the product.
*wear and tear refers to damage that occurs naturally from normal use. Moving parts will deteriorate overtime with regular use. Exposure to elements will cause wear and tear.
